You will follow the registration instructions for your specific site. You can register in person at the Club with staff assistance or use the link provided by Club staff to register online.

Membership is available for youth between the ages of 6 and 18. Membership is open to all youth regardless of gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, ethnicity, or income. Membership to a specific Club may depend on enrollment to the school in which the Club is located. For example to attend the Burch Creek Club, the youth must be currently attending Burch Creek Elementary School.

All of Club programs are currently FREE. There is no cost to families to participate in any of our Club programs.

Hours vary by location, but Clubs generally open Monday through Friday. During the school year, Clubs are open from the end of the school day until 5:30pm or later and Clubs are open all day during the summer. Since hours vary by location, contact your local Club for the exact operating schedule.

We require that members attend at least 3 days per week for at least 2 hours each day in order to provide consistency and maximize the positive impacts of programming.

Our Clubs are open to kids between the ages of 6 and 18. Youth Clubs are for K-6th graders and our Teen Clubs are for 7th-12th graders.

We do have summer programs at select Clubs. Programs vary per Club, but typically run Monday through Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm. Contact your Club to see if they run a summer program or for more information about their operating schedule.

Each Club provides a daily meal and/or snack at no additional cost. Our daily meal and/or snack follows nutrition guidelines and standards from the Utah State Board of Education. Please notify Club staff if the member has any food or any other allergies.

The safety of the children you entrust with us is our highest priority. We have a rigorous set of safety policies and procedures which provide multiple checks for potential issues and threats. Here are just a few of the highlights:
<sub>- Before we hire, we do mandatory background checks on employees and volunteers and then we recheck them every year.
- Our employees and volunteers must complete mandatory training on child abuse prevention and reporting requirements.
- If there is an incident, our staff are required to report it, regardless of severity and if appropriate, we report the incident to the local authorities.
- Every year, our entire organization – including each Club – undergoes a safety assessment.
- Professional adults, trained in response protocols for all emergencies, check kids and visitors in and out at our secure access points.  
- Staff and kids are trained and practiced in what to do during lockdown, lockout, evacuation, and shelter-in-place situations.  
- As a trusted presence in Club neighborhoods, we are in close contact with community members and police so we can respond quickly in any situation.</sub>

Our Roy Hope Club provides transportation from select schools in the area to the Club via bus or Club van. The Club does not transport members home at the end of Club. Contact the Club for more information about transportation.

Clubs provide transportation to and from field trips if applicable. Permission slips for any field trips will be distributed for parent/guardian review in advance.
